The registration fee of $200 includes lunch and dinner on Thursday, all breaks and meeting materials.

Hotel reservations:

If you sign up for a hotel room on the registration website, that reservation will be made for you and the room charge will be paid by the workshop organizers. You will be responsible for any individual charges such as room service, movies, parking, etc. If you want to share a room with someone, only one person should sign up for the room on the registration website. Then let Susan Herbert (shh4@cornell.edu, 607-255-4416) know with whom you will be sharing room, and she will make sure the hotel has that information.

There is shuttle transportation from the Kansas City Airport, which is located near the baggage claim . Taxi service is estimated at $35/one way.

Parking:

Parking facilities are available underneath the Kansas City Marriott Downtown at a current cost of $10.00 per day for self-parking and $14.00 a day for valet parking. Local guests not spending the night would receive validated self-parking.

Cancellation Policy:

A full refund will be issued if we receive a written cancellation by March 7, 2006.
